1. Replace and repair existing drives, curb and gutter, parking areas and sidewalks as indicated on the drawings. 2. Protect all areas of existing construction to remain. 3. Coordinate with Owner for work staging to allow building access at all times. 4. Coordinate with the local fire department to allow access as required during construction.
